Booking Conditions

PRICES

• The prices only represent an estimate of the cost. However, prices may change slightly due to unforeseen circumstances; (additional passengers, delays, stops, unforeseen waiting times, traffic jams, detours, and route changes, etc.)

VEHICLES

• The booking guarantees transportation for the expected number of passengers using one or more vehicles, in accordance with the number of authorized seating places as per French law. The type(s) of vehicle(s) used depend on the availability at the time
• We reserve the right to organize certain transfers with other taxi or transport companies if, due to unforeseen circumstances, our fleet of vehicles is unable to provide the service

RESERVATIONS

• We advise booking as early as possible
• All booking requests are subject to approval by our services. All approved bookings will be confirmed by email
• Upon request, we can suggest the recommended departure time. It is your responsibility to determine your departure time, taking into account the risks of delays (Snow, Traffic, etc.)

BAGGAGE

• Luggage transportation is provided according to the conditions outlined in the company's insurance contract
• The baggage volume allocated per person is limited to what one person can carry on their own. For any request exceeding this standard, there is no problem, just let us know when making your reservation
• We are in no way responsible for valuables left in the vehicles

RESPONSABILITY

• We cannot be held responsible for delays and their direct or indirect consequences on your schedule. Similarly, for any damages, losses, delays, expenses, or additional inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events or actions outside of our company, including but not limited to wars, civil disturbances, fires, floods, force majeure events, government acts, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, industrial actions, major traffic problems, severe weather conditions (such as snow), etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a full refund
• For cancellations made between 29 days and 15 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund
• For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, or if you do not show up, no refund will be issued

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• It is prohibited to:

  • Smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicles
  • Disturb the driver or engage in conversation with them (except in case of emergency)
  • Physically obstruct the vehicle doors or emergency exits with oneself or luggage
